My name is Jessica and I am the owner and creator of Braycee Ann Boutique. I have been creating for the last 5 1/2 years and within those 5 1/2 years I have learned so much and continue to learn and better myself and expand my creativity. My mission is to provide high-quality products that you love. I look forward to working and creating with you and always appreciate my costumers and their support of my small business.

    *Customer must pay for shipping & handling unless your order is $100 or more or a “free shipping” coupon code is presented.
    *If your order is a pickup order and you can not pick up your order, shipping will be available at the customer's expense.

  • RETURN POLICY

    ** ALL SALES ARE FINAL **
    *All items are made to order, therefore NO cancellations once payments are submitted.
    *No Refunds or Exchanges. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me ASAP.
    *All items must be PAID IN FULL prior to me customizing it (No order will be made without full payment).
    Turn around time may vary on my order status at that moment but typically is within 1-2 weeks from the date your order is placed. I may contact you during the process of your order to get your approval if date is longer than 2 weeks. Please be sure to thoroughly look over the product before giving the ok to continue as custom orders are non refundable and I will charge you for any mistakes since I send pictures for consent. This includes spelling of names, colors etc.
  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    Policy: All defects/concerns need to be addressed within 3 days of receiving your item(s). After the 3 days, Braycee Ann Boutique is not liable for any damage to the item(s). However, depending on the issue within 2 weeks of receiving the item (mistake made by me), a replacement or repair can be done. I THOROUGHLY inspect all items and take pictures of the items before they are given/shipped to the customer. I am more than willing to fix anything that is on behalf of MY mistake with no charge at all. If item is damaged on your behalf, I would love to fix it for you if possible for a discounted price or replace entirely for full amount originally paid.
